Don’t get me wrong my parents are awesome I love them, and I’m so blessed to have a family like mine. They do absolutely everything for me and I am extremley grateful. I just wish they would open up their minds a little and realize this is the 21st century now and times have changed, the world has changed.

I think the biggest difference between my parents and I, and the thing that causes the most conflict, is the fact that I aint willing to just get a good state job and stay on it until I retire. They can't understand my resistance and I can't understand their complacency. We not seeing eye to eye on this ever. I'm not willing to be unhappy and they not willing to risk. We probably going to keep bumping heads tbh.
