I agree with the last anon. I totally think you have best intentions at heart, but doing the whole shock tactic thing actually puts a lot of people off being vegan, especially if you are too up front about it. Explain your reasons to your friend, and if it really is important to her to be vegan, she'll do all the research herself. Just be a super supportive friend and make her awesome meals to convert her >:3 xXx

I appreciate this as well. I'll definitely have to try this aspect out. She actually makes me the best of vegan meals every so often so it's a bit the opposite actually. Hah. She knows how great vegan food is so I'm not exactly sure why she's so put off to not stay in a vegan mindset, but I suppose that's why I do want to introduce her to the facts as well.
