I just had a dream that I was rewatching Parks and Rec and I was wondering how I didn't notice the first time around that all the characters had the word "Park" in their surname. Because all the characters did, indeed, have the word "Park" in their surname. Like Leslie Knopark and Ron Spark and Ann Parks. Like Sailor Moon with their elements. And I was like "wow, that's a great way to incorporate the show's themes into your characters". Thankfully I don't write for a living or anything no

I love Tumblr as an artist.

Yes, I have like 1/10th of my IG followers here and I don't get many notes or whatever, but it's incredible how it's pretty much the only platform where people dig up your ancient drawings and still reblog them and give them love. On IG or Twitter(RIP), you pretty much get what you get the first couple of days when you're not uber famous, and that's it.

I got notifications from artworks I'd forgotten I'd even made, let alone uploaded. They're from before I left Tumblr.

I thought I was calm about Good Omens 2 but like.

Terry Pratchett is my favourite author of all time. This the last chance I will have, in my life, to get something new from him.

I thought I was calm, and the minute the opening theme started, I burst into tears.

I brought a second cockatiel into my house a couple of days ago and what happened is

my dog now has TWO bird-shaped TVs for her viewing pleasure

the birds have not. stopped. screaming. at each other.

I know I can try to explain to them why it's not safe to put them together yet but how can I make them UNDERSTAND so they can give me one evening without headaches
