today, i baked some beautiful #stollen #stollenbread for my doctors. the first images are the bread without any decorations, the next, me decorating it with fondant, and finally, the finished product. it turned out to be the most beautiful thing i've ever made. each strand of the braid is filled with homemade hazelnut marzipan and candied lemon peel, fruits and nuts, and decorated with fondant brushed with rosewater and gin mixed with petal dust and disco dust. i'm extremely proud of this one... https://www.instagram.com/p/B51PqxfFNr0/?igshid=p6z5vg6nfeu6
