I listen to songs and I think of so many things it reminds me of a person or a place and I go to a whole other place and it's ridiculous how into it I get how much it makes me miss that moment yknow ? And how much I wish I could get that very second back

i feel like if people would stop trying to put words to ineffable things the world would be a much nicer place.

i believe there is a deep issue with trying to describe the way you truly feel about someone through a tangled jumbled mess of words that were not specifically designed for the way your brain chemistry reacts to another's. instead of stumbling over recycled words when all you're trying to do is express how much you care about someone, can you imagine if that person could somehow just perceive the exact combination of chemicals that light your entire mind ablaze with passion when you hear their name? the world would be a much more beautiful place if so many beautiful emotions weren't lost with so few clumsy words.
