You’d think after the first time I’d have learned my lesson, but ooooh no. One more time. I’m gonna have a couple of fingernail shaped facial scars after this GREAT

So what’s been happening in my life:

I’m broke because my card stopped working for no discernible reason, and contacting my parents back in the states has been awful because my Japanese phone (that has a data plan) is at a place that’s supposed to be doing repairs, but apparently the screens they ordered were faulty(??) and now I gotta find a new place that’ll do repairs and do them FAST because I leave on Sunday

on top of that I have two overdue papers, two overdue write ups, a ton of overdue Japanese homework, a test, and two presentations

And sleep has been a luxury I cannot afford

One of the suggestions that my teacher made on my review of Paprika (for class) was “where did Kon go after this work?” But like...he died.

Guess I shoulda mentioned that.

I just had the verbatim thought “...not that I could compare Sadahiro’s work to Yoshinaga Fumi but...” and realized how incredibly niche my life is

I'm waiting for this train to move right now. I kinda drunk and I've had a good fun night. I am happy. I am still worried about things, but in the moment I am happy.

I met a girl today that made my heart flutter so hard. I'm sure nothing will come of it, but I'm lowkey in love with her.
