*googles healthy alternatives to flour whilst eating half a bar of cadbury chocolate*
I used to eat nothing but a bag of candy last year then I changed to healthier and eating more. Yesterday, all I was able to eat was a bag of m&ms and water. and I said something that helped me learn that the past was behind me: "How the heck did I survive on nothing. I'm starving and I could really go for a giant cheeseburger with a milkshake and curly fries right now" and it sounds stupid to you but to me, it proves that I have changed for the better.
