Delivering Scallywags to the Public.

FAFS is a campaign that will be delivered at Primary Schools.  This is where the product will be handed out to classes and discussions will be held teaching/introducing them to the basics of first aid.  The posters STOP, DROP & ROLL will be placed up on school walls teaching the the basics in a light hearted and fun way. 

The app game Tom’s Memory Planks will be advertised on posters around the schools and in school newsletters.  A QR code will be placed on the game posters where you can scan the code and download the app game for free.

Gallery walk results are in.

Today we had a Gallery Walk for our upcoming Exhibition.  The feedback First Aid for Scallywags received was great.  Some positive as well as good feedback on how Scallywags can be improved.  A few things I took on board from the Gallery Walk were:

Whale & lifesaver evokes beach and pool safety

Tracking & Kerning needs adjusting

Colour variations for logo/life ring suggested

Ideas for packaging, adding drawer shelves/support

Support wall for box enclosure

Incorporating the First Aid cross back into the design e.g. on box lids

All in all though people seemed to particularly like the idea of the app/game interface and loved the bright colours used in the logo.

I am happy with the feedback I received and believe it will help F.A.F. Scallywags grow.
