Wade had just gotten home from a job when he heard what sounded like Metallica? Look, despite his whole demeanor and vibe, he doesn’t actually listen to much music besides pop and random playlists Yukio makes for him which mostly comprise of K-Pop and Sabrina Carpenter. He had heard Metallica when his sweet boyfriend listened to it so maybe that’s just what he was doing?

“Hey sweetcheeks, I’m home!” He called out, not fully expecting his boyfriend to come running out if he was listening to music that loud.

After he put his duffle bag away and changed into some comfier clothes, he wandered over to the room that his very intense boyfriend had claimed as his hobby room. He opened the door, expecting him to be on the bed or laying on the floor but no.

His boyfriend was in the middle of the room with an electric guitar in his hands and his head bopping to the beat and was absolutely shredding it like whoever the lead guitar player of Metallica was level of shredding it! His jaw dropped to the literal floor and he just stood there and stared for what felt like an eternity.

After a few minutes, his boyfriend took his earplugs out and looked up with a sweet smile on his face.

“Oh, hey baby,” he said innocently as if he wasn’t a literal guitar god.

Wade managed to pick up his jaw and smile. “Honey, where you been hiding those awesome guitar skills?”

“Oh, I just been learning while you’ve been at work,” he said nonchalantly as he put the guitar down on it’s stand.

As soon as the guitar which probably cost a whole job was safe, Wade closed the gap between the two of them and picked up the love of his life and spun him around. “Baby, babe, do not hide those amazing skills from me. You are fucking stunning, you are.”

His baby blushed and Wade kissed him on the cheek before carrying him to the kitchen to get him some well deserved water and snacks after that insane looking guitar practice.

Staying at your bfs

You and your mum had been yelling at each other for what felt like forever and then she yelled the two words you hated. “Get out.” With a grumble and your backpack, you walked out of the house and sat down on the porch. It was like 10 o’clock at night.

You could go to the station? Hopper never yelled at you if you fell asleep out the back. Your boyfriend didn’t yell at you either but you hadn’t stayed over at his before. With a small smile, you started walking to Will’s.

It was probably ten thirty by the time you got there. You knocked on the door and no one answered so you walked over to his rooms window and threw a rock at it. You threw a few more and then he opened the window.

“What are you doing here?” He asked.

You shrugged and held up your bag. “Mom kicked me out again.”

He sighed and opened the window more so you could climb in. “I told you to stop pissing her off.”

“Well she sucks,” you said before climbing in and hugging him. “And anyways, I’m a lot more fun with mommy issues, ain’t I?”

He rolled his eyes and glanced at your now dirty clothes from walking through town. He motioned for you to raise your arms. You raised an eyebrow and did so. He tugged your shirt off and threw it on the bed.

“You ever considered doing my mom’s job? You’d be better at it,” you teased before taking the shirt he then offered you.

“I’m your boyfriend not mom,” he said before giving you a pair of sleep shorts to change into.

He sat down on the bed and watched as you changed into them. He then patted the bed. You climbed onto it and almost sat in his lap.

“So I guess I’m staying the night then. I feel like I had a nightmare and I’m sleeping in my parents bed,” you teased.

He whacked you with a pillow and then kissed you on the cheek. “Can you shut up for five seconds?”

You nodded and laid down as he did. The two of you cuddled, your limbs all entangled. Someone walking in wouldn’t know where one of you stopped and ended.

Will gave you another kiss on the cheek. “I don’t mind taking care of you. God knows she sucks at doing that.”

You smiled and then fell asleep in your boyfriend’s arms.

Logan’s pain.

You and Logan had been having some rough nights. You’d been going to bed late and he’d been tossing and turning a bit and usually it all ended up okay. You’d end up in each other’s arms and everything would be okay.

Tonight was a different story. Logan was thrashing and tossing and obviously having a nightmare. He hit you in the side which woke you up. Normally you’d wake him as soon as he stopped thrashing but he almost fell off the bed so you quickly grabbed a hold of his shoulder and shook him. As soon as you did, his claws came out and he slashed you from your shoulder to your hip. Right after he did so, his eyes snapped open and he saw what he’d done.

It hurt so bad so you took your now wrecked pajama shirt off and grabbed the first aid kit that sat next to your bed in case of well this. You weren’t paying attention to Logan as you did so when you felt his weight disappear from the bed, your heartbeat started racing. You quickly bandaged your chest well enough that it’d stay until you could help Logan and he could fix it. He was always better at bandages than you were.

You climbed off the bed and walked around to his side. You were hoping he’d be curled up on the floor as mean as that sounds but he wasn’t. You walked over to your closet and poked your head in. You could hear his heavy breathing before you saw him. He was curled up in the corner of the closet, his eyes wide and terrified.

You opened the door more so you could kneel in front of him. You held your hands up so he could see they were empty. “You’re safe, teddy bear,” you said quietly. “I’m here and I’m okay and you’re safe. You ain’t in trouble.”

Slowly his eyes focused on you and he held his hand out as if to check you were real. You weren’t sure what happened in his nightmare but it must have been bad. You moved a bit closer and his hand cradled your cheek. His breathing got lighter and your heartbeat slowed.

“You’re not going to die,” he asked softly, the words coming out a bit janky which was probably because his mouth was dry.

“No, I’m not, Logie. Now how about you come out?” You asked softly as you put your hand over his which was still cradling your cheek.

He nodded and slowly scooted out of the closet. You moved backwards as well so he could have some space. After a minute or so, you were both out of the closet. His eyes weren’t as wide or scared and his breathing seemed regular enough. He gently pulled you into his lap, taking care to be slow and not jostle you too much.

“I’m sorry I hurt you, bub,” he said softly, the words reverberating against your skull. He kissed your head tenderly as he held you close to his chest. “You startled me.”

“I know,” you added quietly. Your chest was still sore but in his arms, you didn’t notice it as much. “You were going to fall off the bed so I wasn’t sure what else to do.”

He nodded before placing another kiss on your head gently. You guys were going to have to have a talk once you untangled from each other and Logan redid your bandages but right now, you were together and that was all that mattered.

ok so logans super heavy right and cats lie on you so logan lies on you when you get overstimulated to ground ya

they both try and remember all your favorite stuff so they can buy food and stuff you like

FLOOR TIME!!! wade loves lying down on the floor with you and logan normally just sits next to you guys and smiles

wade normally has fidgets in one of his many pockets for when you get restless though if he doesn’t, he’ll turn the safety on on his guns and let you pull them apart and put them back together

when you have meltdowns, they either hold ya until you calm down because you can scratch and scream and they’ll be okay or they sit with you and contain the meltdown as best as they can

they make you a mini sensory room in the closet and wade always jokes about how you’re going back in the closet

logan can sense when you’re gonna freak out or have a meltdown or something and he always tries to stop it or at least deescalate it by taking your mind off it

wade gives you head scratches

logan purrs and helps you regulate by doing it when you’re on his chest so you can listen

so logan has big hands and he holds them out for you so you can stim with them

if your memory is sucky, they help ya out like wade draws little pictures on sticky notes for ya and logan reminds you about stuff repeatedly and checks that you’re doing all the self-care stuff like brushing your teeth

he can also smell if you’re not so you don’t even got to remember if you showered or brushed your teeth coz he’ll know

wade picks you up a lot when you’re tired or overstimulated and so does logan but not as much

LOGAN AND THE HOT GUY FRIEND

When Logan first saw you, you were sitting on the couch at Wade’s place. Wade had mentioned you came over sometimes to steal their food when you couldn’t be bothered buying your own. He watched you for a moment before walking closer and sniffing your scent. You were a guy… and you smelt good?

He came up to you and sat down. You glanced at him and then went back to watching the TV. He wasn’t expecting you to just brush him off like that but he guessed you were used to weird stuff happening at Wade’s place.

“So you’re the friend Wade was talking about?”

You turned your head to look at him and nodded. You looked him over and smiled.

“And you must be his new roommate?”

He nodded and then you turned back to the TV. You both sat there contently for a while before Wade came back home and interrupted it and you all had dinner.

The next few times were like that. You’d sit in content silence but each time, Logan found himself staring more at you than the television. You were more masculine than Wade sometimes and you smelled really nice. You’d both just sit there and watch sports or whatever else was on TV. Sometimes his arm would go behind your head and neither of you would mention it.

After a few times, he started talking to you and you started talking back and shared stories but he didn’t like you… right? Sometimes he’d say you looked good but that was just banter between guys, right? And there was no way you liked him.

One time when he came home from doing something and you were there, you were sitting in the kitchen instead. You’d stolen one of his beers and were about to open it. He was about to offer to help with his claw or with a bottle opener when you opened it with your teeth. You spat the cap onto the table and his jaw dropped.

You were the epitome of his type. You were cool and hot and you wore similar clothes to him and you were fun to talk to and you made him feel things, now they were vulgar things but they had been just butterflies in his stomach.

He grabbed a beer, sat down next to you and watched as you chugged it. He wondered if you’d put those lips around something else. With a shake of his head, he shook those thoughts away and started up a conversation again but now he knew that he liked you and damn, did he want you so bad.

i love these idiots so much so heres some hurt/comfort among other things

wade likes to take you out on dates and logan doesn’t always come because loud spaces freak him out but they make sure to always take you out together at least once a fortnight

logan reads the newspaper at the table in the morning and its calmest he’ll be all day so its opportune time for you or wade to ramble to your hearts content

they both get very impatient when you take longer doing stuff than you said you would such as going to the shops and you need to message them to reassure them you’re okay

theyre both so so traumatized so hugs and venting is a regular thing at night

logan gets really bad nightmares and so sometimes he’ll spoon wade instead of you because wade will survive getting stabbed in the middle of the night but wade makes sure to give you extra cuddles

they love love love showering with you though logan hates any strong smelling shampoo or body wash or anything and Wade’s very close to slipping at all times so showers are fun

wade likes finding you little trinkets like a bottle cap from a bottle of beer logan smashed over someones head on a mission or a pen from a bad guys office

logan’s guilty pleasure is watching crappy tv and he’ll give you puppy dog eyes until you come and sit with him

you guys have a weighted blanket on your bed to ground logan and wade and you if u want

logan buys a record player for the apartment and wade buys a bunch of pop records for it while logan buys dad rock

logan has a carabiner with his keys on it and if hes in a particularly jealous mood, he’ll attach it to your belt loop so you stay with him (i saw a steddie headcanon like this and its occupied my mind)
