I'm 14 and I was diagnosed with scoliosis last year. I've been wearing a brace at night since summer, and my curves are about 20° and 8°. (At first, I had three, and they were 22°, 26° and 3° if I remember correctly) I also wore a plaster cast for a month, which was really horrible.. I couldn't eat anything that bloated my stomach, was constantly standing straight and feeling uncomfortable. The only pain I have is near my neck and shoulders, but I'm not sure if that's due to scoliosis?
Aw, that's awful, it's horrible to have to wear a brace in the summer :(
I get pain in my neck a shoulders too, so I think it is down to scoliosis...
