i've been playing a combination of pleasantview + strangetown and am having a blast. chloe & nina? perfection. angela flirting with tank during a date with dustin? not ideal. ophelia and jennifer being haunted by the supernatural? quite nerve-wracking for me tbh. vidcund being forcefully subjected to his brothers' love lives? abysmal, if you asked him.

Is somebody there? A few months ago me and @peanuttysims shared that we're starting to work on brand new Sims 2 Neighborhood based on crazy @budgieflitter Strangeview idea! If You didn't see it yet, then You definitely should! We're back with the HOT NEWS. Neighborhood is very close to be finished!!! I'll leave You with finished family pictures 👀 I hope You're as excited as I am!!! So I may be extremely excited that these neighborhoods are finally finished and in my game. I'm not sure what my plans are for them yet, like if/how I'll post about them, but since seeing these posts by @budgieflitter I knew I wanted to play these stories.

Also throwing out the download links for the 'hoods I downloaded. I'm using the subhood Pleasantown along with Strangeview. I never played with the originals together so that'll be interesting too.

My version of StrangeView inspired by @budgieflitter! I've seen someone else attempt this, but I don't think it was uploaded. This hood does not have memories or storytelling images, but it is completely playable. Above is the Caliente family, and they live here with the Goths, the Dreamers, the Pleasants, the Burbs, and the Oldies. There are two community lots, one pool and one all-in-one do everything here lot (groceries, games, playground, etc.) and there's two pre-built lots without any families. There's also an apartment complex with three actual houses and one cheap hut. The memories probably don't make much sense, that's where I gave up unfortunately, and there are only a few ancestral Sims. You need creaturefixes by Pescado for Lilith's eyes to work properly.

This hood requires all packs including IKEA! Legacy users may find missing parts or weird furniture if they do not download IKEA Stuff. creaturefixes is also required or a certain Sim who has alien eyes but normal skin.

I hope you enjoy and who knows, maybe I'll go back in and fix up those memories and add a few storytelling images.
