After 4 months of perseverance, a couple of breakdowns and anxiety, I finally completed my very first ✨premium animated background pack✨!! 👏🏼
Honestly, I kept worrying that I wouldn’t be able to finish it, that the project was too ambitious, that I was going to fail. It takes around 2 weeks to finish 1 good animated background, and that’s excluding possible delays that life may throw at you. So imagine planning a 8x backgrounds project. 😰 Around the 3 month mark, I felt overwhelmed. Had to take a deep breath, do 1 step at a time. Writing down a step-by-step process on paper really helped me calm down and stay productive.
Now that it’s done, I think it’s worth it. Even if they don’t sell well, I’ve trained myself to perform better in time management and improving my pixel art. If at least 1 person liked what I made, it is enough for me.
