For the last day I decided to try a transitional pose starting with deep squat and ended with one legged crane pose(i stand corrected is that is not the correct name😜😉). Deep squat focuses on glutes and transitioning to crane pose stretches chest, shoulder, hip, inner thigh muscles. Engaging your core is 🔑 to help with balance. I held the pose for 15sec per pose totaling about 30sec 3x.
