Bear gently plopped a box on Jax's desk and grinned. She atleast seemed rather chipper this morning. She was getting her jobs done.

With a few blinks to clear his vision having been staring at the computer screen for more than long enough, Jax eventually slides his gaze to look over at the box. At first he doesn’t react or do anything, merely looking at it with a dull expression. But eventually his brows pull together a slight and his head gently cocks to one side.

Hm. A box.

“Dare I ask?”

Any other time he would have questions...as to why his desk is covered in papers, containing various crayon scribbles...why there was a stack of books in his chair...why there was obvious cookie crumbs all over the floor.

But, he was already informed that Baby took up residence in his office while he was away, supposedly “Doing paperwork” and Answering important business calls for him....

the latter of which ended up calling his personal cell with questions of their own.

Still he’ll pat the child’s head with a calm “I’ve heard you’ve been hard at work here while I was gone, good work..I think it’s your break time now. Neptune has juice and apple slices in the kitchen for you”

Besides if judging by the nip to her thigh, She was going to be getting a lot louder soon enough, It wasn’t something you could just hide. Not that he wanted her to hide it, He liked her noises, Soft little pants and these little squeaks and whines, They were adorable. A low purr from his throat even as he adds.
