Recent WWE releases and predictions
I just heard the News that WWE released:
Aleister Black
Strowman
Murphy
Ruby Riott
Lana
and
Santana Garrett.
In Lanas case, i could imagine her asking for her release to be with Miro.
With Aleister Black... he just came back and talked about his release in his recent stream. He said that he was promised a new theme song and also a United States Title run. I really dont get why he was released.
On Strowman: As reported by Fightful Select, Braun Strowman signed a “monster” contract with WWE in 2019 for well into 2023, and the big money was likely a catalyst for WWE releasing him.
also there have been report about V.McMahon and him having verbal fights about Strowman wanting a main event place and Title oportunities. Makes me think.... Maybe his storyline with Shane was to really bury him before releasing him. Litteraly a kick in the ass on his way out.
The other releases i simply cant explain to myself. But i have some predictions about the next people to go ( word is that there are more releases coming)
my predictions are:
Shelton Benjamin ( getting kicked of the hurt buisnes and losing in seconds)
Liv Morgan
Elias ( i hope )
Drew Gulak
Otis
Keith Lee
Reconing
Jaxson Ryker
I really really hope Jeff isnt one who is going to be fired. but right now, at this point nothing will suprise me.
...If that happens, i hope he wil not join AEW
