Stuck in time This illustration aims to portray the feeling of being stuck in a loop. Since many times mental health can feel exactly like that, repetitive feelings and thoughts that keep you stuck in time. It may be difficult to get out of and may take years. But it’s not impossible, as one of my favourite quotes says “Nothing needs to be the way it was. - Steve Richards” Sometimes we need a different perspective in other to get out of the loop. And often an good idea to talk to someone 😌 we all underestimate how much being heard and feel acknowledged can make someone’s day and may even change a person’s life🥰. This year has been especially tough for many let’s be better at checking up on each other ❤️ I’ve used metafors like monkey see no evil 🙈 hear no evil 🙉 and say no evil🙊each stage represents falling further down into denial. The character is from my short film @iamdyslexicshortfilm using 3/4 of Johan’s stages trough the film in other to portray time.
