Hi guys, Students are back! This means it will be busier in both stores, but especially in Brighton. Be prepared! You can also always make extra hot sauces and cremas early so you don't have to do it when you're slammed with a late rush at 10pm. Brighton gets busy at really weird times so please be on your toes. Please make sure the side-work is getting done! I have heard it has not been done a few nights and this needs to happen especially when it's busier. Reminder: People with stickers on their helmets get free chips and salsa! Use the free chips and salsa button. Please remember to bottle jamaica and horchata! If there are bottles in the walk-in then you can grab those and just let the next shift know they might need to make more bottles. If you're busy it's fine to ask the prep guy to help with this too.
