Now, this is what I call a studio apt. It’s a tiny apt. full of Victorian charm. The 10 ft. high ceilings make it look lighter and larger, and they’ve included plenty of storage to cut down on clutter. Plus, there’s even a window seat.

Exposed brick walls, original tin ceilings, and floor-to-ceiling cherry wood built-ins that ensure every modern convenience is met.

The way the space was designed even makes room for a desk and a cozy café table. The kitchen has top-of-the-line appliances including a Wolf range, dishwasher, built-in wine fridge, refrigerator, and GE microwave.

In the rear, there’s a fully built-out closet and a sleek bathroom. Isn’t it amazing? It was listed at $525,000 and probably sold in a flash.

Misty’s studio industrial loft in Brooklyn, New York, is a bright bohemian blend of thrifted furnishings.

The layout is very good- it has plenty of room to separate each living area.

The wall that separates the bedroom from the kitchen can easily be partitioned for privacy by flipping the bed around and placing a piece of furniture across the space.

It also has a large bathroom. Wonder what the rent on something this is.

Love this creatively-decorated studio loft apt. 

Love this. 

The cozy kitchen is tucked in a corner under the loft and that’s what I like about my apt.- the kitchen’s under the loft. It’s cozier than the one I had where the kitchen was out in the open.
