Mac Studio Sculpt foundation NC 30. Today’s Empties... on me this was a full coverage foundation... this was my summer color but I had to use it up before it went bad so I mixed it with Tarte Amazonian clay in Fair and it was my perfect color and coverage! Trying out: MAC Make-up

A few weeks ago I decided to invest in some MAC make-up after seeing a MUA use it on a shoot I was doing. There are SO many foundations/powders/potions to choose from! I was helped out by one of the MAC make up artists who guided me through all the products. In the end I went for the studio sculpt foundation which is very lightweight and easy to apply but provided a lot of coverage. 

A problem I always suffer with is dark circles under my eyes and I never seem to find the right shade to cover them. BUT I must say the Moisturecover really works and blends in really well.

I opted for a powder over the foundation as I felt it left my skin looking a bit shiny on its own. The MUA said the Skinfinish Powder was great to just set the foundation without it being too heavy. I did like this a lot at the time but as I have disovered you do have to reapply it throughout the day in order to maintain the look.

I am going to continue to use it and see how I get on but I think I may use it more for going out in the evening when I want more coverage!
