what's in my bag?
Preparing my bag for the first week of studying! So excited:)
4/100 Days of Productivity // Today was my first lecture (well, welcome talk) at university! Since I was at uni I thought I’d show you what’s in my bag!
I always have my purse, phone, keys and ipod with me (I check in that order too), and then everything else: ~Writing Pad ~Pens & Pencil x3, ~highlighter ~memory stick ~lipsalve ~chewing gum ~post-it notes ~diary ~national rail card (I have to travel in) ~tissues ~and a book.
Updated September 2011 We have remade these awesome, simple bags for fall! This time around, I used a gorgeous new collection of upholstery weight cotton called Outside Oslo. These bold, stylish prints are sophisticated without being serious and come in a rich palette of colors perfect for fall. I added some sturdy contrasting cotton webbing handles for a pop of color, and I love the way they came out!
This could be an absolutely fantastic book bag, and a great first sewing project. They have a link to a 40 minute bag which looks more complicated but might be a lot sturdier too (second project?)
