difficult person test. audrey is a very difficult person to get along with
don’t get me wrong, i love buffy and kendra’s dynamic, especially once they start working together, and i enjoy them ribbing each other, but i’ve never liked buffy mocking kendra’s accent, to her face, multiple times. it’s a dick move for a character who we’ve usually seen as very kind and willing to give the benefit of the doubt. understandably, buffy is jealous of kendra, but making jokes about kendra’s accent and her being from jamaica? highly unnecessary, and it’s always cast a shadow over their brief friendship for me.

META 001: KIERA'S TECH.
cmr chip, short for CELLULAR MEMORY REVIEW & RECALL. this chip is implanted into the user's skull, and it is customary for 2077's law enforcement. it is a COMPLETE bio-upgrade for the brain & memory, hardwired into the brain's cortex to record telemetry, video and audio. it can hold up to 36 hours of data at a time, but officers can archive their recorded memories to pull up again at a later date. ( FOR EXAMPLE, kiera has several memories of her son that she can pull up and they're still as vivid and life-like. ) this chip is also connected to a COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM, allowing cps officers to communicate as well as share visuals with one another. when kiera is sent back to the past ( the majority of my threads ) she can only communicate with alec sadler as he's the only one tapped into the cmr network that he later creates this can be plotted otherwise so other characters are connected on her network.
hud, otherwise known as her heads-up display. along with her CMR, she has VISUAL IMPLANTS which gives her access to easily scan individuals for facial recognition. she is hardwired to national databases, so she can pull up information on anyone she needs. this visual enhancement also allows her to visually recreate crime scenes, take measurements, scan rooms for biorhytms & heat, and have access to various other types of information. it works much like a COMPUTER, allowing her to pull up visuals, names and numbers without drawing attention to herself. this information appears in her line of vision but no one else can see it. ( except for, again, alec or hypothetically anyone else connected to her CMR. )
super-suit. cps uniforms are given to protectors ( the police officers of 2017 ) and come equipped with it's own set of skils and DEFENSE MECHANISMS. this is a body-suit that kiera often wears underneath her clothes, and while originally a copper color, it is able to be hacked for a change of color. it allows her access to a whole set of abilities, including the ability to interfere with monitors and other transmissions. it also allows her enhanced resistance to bullets and gives her the ability to turn invisible. as this suit relies HEAVILY on technology, like other aspects of her enhancements, certain interruptions in the system can cause her suit, cmr & hud to intermittently shut down.
⚔ It’s getting colder where I live, so today I’m thinking about how Drake is basically a portable furnace; despite the expectations of a Zoan user being equally as cold-blooded as the beast he can turn into, he’s quite the opposite, actually - which is also why he copes with colder climates fairly well. I suppose his North Blue heritage would play a role in the matter.
His hands are perpetually cold though, fair warning.
