Web two-point-oh is probably the most boring thing to happen in my life. Don’t get me wrong: I love that we made the internet, I’m just sick of being told what that means by people so out-of-touch they learned it from Those YouTube Videos. ...This is a study about ‘web 2.0’ written in 2012, and based on survey results from 2007. I hardly understand why it’s a thing. [...] 2007 is a million internet years ago. The first iPhone was released in 2007. It’s practically 1994. Things have changed.
