People were hitting the Stumble button over a billion times a month at the height of its powers. Hi! I just finished your latest episode on 2014 nostalgia and wanted to suggest that you guys make a post asking people to comment with their favourite unknown websites.

What you said about everyone being on the same 5 websites / communities really resonated with me and I also have fond memories of using StumbleUpon and finding so much interesting stuff. So I thought it would be cool to ask people to share their recommendations of what else is "out there" on the web 😃

this was pre-tumblr but does anyone remember StumbleUpon? it was a website and a browser extension that would bring you to a random website based on your interests. i used to stumble for hours just finding random wiki articles and movie streams and comics and flash games.
