Anxiety blobs for everyone.
Something as simple as my therapist moving the couch in her office sets off a whirlwind of anxiety in my head. I get anxiety just reorganizing/redecorating my room b/c I seem to have a huge problem with change.
But when someone smiles and says 'wasn't this a good idea?' freaking out and saying 'omg your couch is making me so anxious, I hate it there! Move it back!' is not the best response.
