Today my Durge x Gale playthrough hit me so hard with emotional damage. (Minor spoiler allert?)

After Durge talked with Gortash at his incoronation - and they knew the details about their relationship with him -, if you talked with Gale soon after, the wizard give you a very, very cold answer.

Man, my Durge is trying to redeem herself, you can show her a little more understanding for something that she can't even remember. She helped the children at the Grove for make you happy, she gave you all the magical items and she listened to you yapping about Mystra without any carnage... she did everything to not kill you in the act2.

She loves you anyway, but you have to do something to make it up to her (or risk that she fall back into Bhaal's path)

It would be a good prompt for an angst/love fic, if someone want to take inspiration.
