Hello there, kids! Possibly new mod here, Mod S. I got the login information from another mod to post and hopefully clear things up with you guys.
First off. This RP is not shutting down. Operating on the assumption that the people that dropped are also dropping their roles as mods, mods/characters leaving does not mean the RP needs to shut down, okay? As long as this place is still being run, we can continue on with our characters all we want. That said, I know you guys are sad about characters leaving, I had connections to those characters and I'm upset as well. But that doesn't mean we need to dwell on that and have negativity all up and down the dash.
I don't see a need to make this post very long, so hopefully I don't drag on for too long, but I have one more point to make that is super important. If you know anything about what happened, especially considering a lot of what happened pertained to OOC stuff, please do not gossip or make people that might have been involved feel alienated. This is an RP. We're here to have fun, relax, and get away from the stress in our real lives. We don't need to have people leave because they feel hated.
Okay, I think I got all my points. Tell me if I missed something, please! I just wanted to clear things up for you guys so you didn't feel incredibly left out of the loop. I love you guys, and thanks for sticking with us! I'll talk to the other mod and see what I can do about catching up with follows and unfollows in a bit.

Okay, so I just wanted to alert your attention to a thing that I decided to add to the rpg blog in order to help us mods keep track of the goings on in the group.
I thought it would be a good idea to add a pregnancy count under the member count in the sidebar, with the name of the character that is pregnant and how far along they are (plot time and real time), to help us keep track of how many pregnancies are being plotted at any given time. That way, characters will be able to know if a pregnancy plot is or is not available.
Just a small thing to help us and all of you guys out.
Would you consider putting a ban on children/pregnancy for some time? Theres too much on the dash and it is not what I came here for.
I completely understand this (seeing as pregnancy/baby talk is a trigger for me personally and I am not the only one) and we do have a strict two-pregnancies-at-a-time rule, but I'm afraid it would be unfair to completely ban children.
It's come to my attention that there are a couple of characters that are attempting to rush those whose characters are pregnant at the time - please understand that this rule is very important to us, and that there are no loopholes. I've been in multiple rps that had baby booms resulting into only talk of children and photos of them on the dash constantly, and I personally don't find that fun or what needs to be found in a bandom rpg. I understand that children do happen in the real world, it's alright if they have a child in real life or if it is a part of a character's secret, and I know that we should not completely ban pregnancy from the rp, especially since we're one of the first I've ever been in that almost has a 1:1 ratio of men and women.
But it would be wonderful if people could stop rushing the people whose characters are pregnant, ask for pregnancy to randomly be added to part of their secret, or plan to announce that they've already been pregnant while the ban was in place. There is a reason for the limit, and if you plan to have your entire character based off of a pregnancy plot/multiple pregnancy plots and desire to do it now and disrespect the rule, we understand that this is not the game for you. It is not fair to us that you go against the rules that we have set for people to feel comfortable or to completely overlook our desire to keep baby booms from happening.
I'm not asking everyone to tag every post having to do with it, I'm not saying you're not allowed to post about it, and children can be cute and all. Please just remember that this is a bandom rpg and not a baby-based rpg. If there are any concerns, please message me here - I'll try to get on aim at mod.f , but it hasn't been working too well for me lately. I'm sorry I have to make this post, as well, but please remember that we have characters in the rp and we do hear about what's going on.

I'm thinking of setting up a page where we'll set up a little prompt where you can request a specific type of plot and we'll make it accessible for people looking for something in mind when they join. Anyone interested in something like that?
also, since Kyle has a kid do I send in the info for him or is it just for children born in the rp?
You know what, I've wondered that myself - but I'm going to say that it would be awesome if you could send us the info, just so we can keep track/you can show the little one off!
