Stydia is matching
Clothes are chosen in terms of the scene. They don’t want your eyes to hurt with flashy clothing in a gloomy scene, that’s for the party fragments. Like Allison’s glow in the dark pink bra:
Could you imagine her wearing a yellow raincoat during her last fighting scene? No, because it doesn’t correspond to the scene and it clashes with your eyes.
They also sometimes let people match when they have a scene together because that’s pleasing to the eye. Or, with a certain background, they let them also match, because other colours won’t do good.
Anyway, I just wanted to point out that they let Stiles and Lydia match quite often.
Like here, it isn’t exactly necessary, but they let them both wear red.
The same goes for the next one:
He wears a red plaid flannel, she a red top.
Both wearing grey. A yellow stripe on his pocket corresponds with her yellow shirt.
The blue pocket and the grey sleeves of his tee matches with her blouse and the orange is the same as Lydia’s hair.
Her dark skirt works with the red in his plaid flannel and his T-shirt. The grey in her sweater is also to be found in his flannel.
There are probably more examples but those are the first ones I found, since Google doesn’t seem to get when I ask for GIFS, I WANT THE GIF!
Anyway, they match!
