They've commandeered Nate's apartment to watch the latest episode of the Doctor Who revival. Sophie doesn't question Hardison's desire to watch it live on BBC America. She finds it cute. She's certain he could watch it through other means; this allows them time to bond.

Dressed in cashmere leggings and a soft sweater, she's relaxed. Her legs are tucked beneath her. She has a glass of wine nearby. Then, the scene ends.

She abruptly rises on her knees. "I'm sorry, but this is wrong!" Brown eyes roll dramatically. "You Americans and your bloody adverts." She waves her left hand around. "Honestly."

Sophie shakes her head in disappointment. "You've never heard of letting a con breathe, have you?" Connor isn't the kind of mark that they can lead on by planting direct phrases. No, the cryptic half sentences will guide him. "He'll reveal more to us this way than if we try to force it." And the crew needs a lesson in fluidity that doesn't cause them to blow the con.

She sips her water. Her eyebrows furrow. "Do you think he believes in aliens?" She ponders aloud. Her voice drops to a stage whisper. "I think so." Either way, this will be fun for her. She's not so sure if Eliot will enjoy it.

She perches on the dining room table in the crew's hotel suite. Sylvie's Birkin is all ready to go. There's a taser (courtesy of Parker) and brass knuckles from her own stash. Her lips thin into a straight line. "I can handle myself." They both know that. She raises her eyebrows. Where is his sudden concern stemming from?

Jenny presses her lips together. Watching Jack from across the conference room, she exhales through her nose. What is it with her European missions coming back to haunt her recently? First, River. Now, Jack. "You are not to interfere with the Major Case Response Team." She doesn't need the headache that would result from Gibbs having to deal with DiNozzo and Harkness together... or even worse, the headache resulting from the three of them teaming up.

"Me?" Laughing, Sophie shakes her head. "No, Eliot's the one with the green thumb. Most of this," she gestures to the remainder of the courtyard,"is his handiwork." The crew gets to enjoy the results.

She hasn't asked how Eliot and Dr. Abbot know one another. After all these years, she isn't one to pry. Besides, prying isn't required to start filling in the puzzle. Eliot will tell them more if he wants to.

She slips her hand back into the front pocket of her jeans. An easy smile graces her lips. "Do you have a garden back home, Dr. Abbot?"
