violet—do you like to cook or bake? if so, what is it that you like to make?

Absolutely! I love to cook and bake! I like to cook any pasta dish. Macaroni and cheese and spaghetti are dishes I've gotten pretty good at putting together, and any dessert that I'm in the mood to make; the sky's the limit and all.

lotus—what is your favorite color and in what shade? e.g. sage green, navy blue, ect.

Purple is my all-time preferred colour and it's largely because of my birthstone, amethyst. I particularly like the hue of electric purple.

poppy—out of the four seasons, which season of the year is your favorite and why?

Autumn is my favourite season. As a kid it was because of Halloween; the one day in the year that getting candy from your neighbours and strangers is deemed acceptable. It still is partly because of Halloween nowadays, but Thanksgiving is also thrown into the list of reasons why I love this season.

I also like the other things one associates with fall. It's such a vibrant season: the red, yellow, and orange leaves; the brisk autumn air and the sound of rainfall. Mustn't forget the cure-all for battling the chilly autumn air: hot cocoa.

I have a ton of nicknames, but the ones I'm most comfortable being called on here are either Barista or Bly; I'll respond to either one.

I don't think there's anything I'd want to change my name to? I mean, growing up I didn't like my given name all that much, but nowadays, I simply accept it as it is: it's just a name.

cookie dough— do you prefer jewel tones or earth tones? (so, do you like cool toned colors more or warm, earthy colors more)

I prefer cool toned colours more than warm, earthy colours.

strawberry— do you know how to dance? if so, what’s your go-to dance move?

I know a dance move; it's how to fall flat on your face in 0.5 seconds.

neapolitan— do you have a favorite scent? scents that you like in perfume, in candles, and in general?

Ooh, I like light scents. Lavender and vanilla are my immediate go-to scents, but I like more "warm" scents too, like cinnamon or something like coconut mist.

If it's not a musing, I come up blank.

Urban legends where I'm from? Well, I grew up hearing about the common urban legends: the old hag, faeries, banshees.

But as for other urban legends? Hmm. Well, the urban legend about the hitchhiker's always fascinated me, and so has the urban legend of Robert Johnson; the Bluesman who supposedly sold his soul to the Devil for his musical talent.

I've written up a scene loosely based around the latter, and I hope to post it here. When, I cannot say.

I hope you can finish it and enjoy it a lot while doing so!! Really can't wait to read that AU because, honestly, your writing is muak, it scratches a part of my brain I didn't even know was itchy.

I'm going to be honest: The fandom may be dead as a rotting doorknob, or maybe it just seems that way to me, but I'm still hooked on TG even after it's *concluded*. Maybe not to the degree I was a couple years ago, but the drive for it is still there.

I'll stop musing for it only when the muse stops knocking on my door. And until then, I'll keep on answering those mental summons.

And oh yes, I am enjoying this AU with the muses I do have thought out for it so far which, admittedly, is only a couple Persona 5 characters and only one TG character, one White Reaper, but I hope to add more soon!

Hello, succulent-mud! Always a treat to see you an ask from you grace my inbox! (Also, I had to do a double-take when I saw the F and U; I'm sure you know why. Nothing against you, promise; just a mistake from the late hour messing with me.)

F - What’s the longest you’ve ever been in a fandom

10 years. One of my very first fandoms: Yu-Gi-Oh. I was hooked on Yami Bakura, especially when the show was nearing its end and they were showing his king of thieves persona during the Ancient Egypt arc.

I can't recall off the top of my head when I first began losing interest in it; I still have the manga books I bought years ago, too. Not all of them, though.

But yeah, the spark just wasn't as vibrant for me one day and I just moved on from it, never looking back.

Well. Spoilers, kind of, but I technically have three (yes, you read that right, three) separate ideas in the works for a Persona 5/Tokyo Ghoul AU, where Haise|Kaneki experience an awakening and join up with the Phantom Thieves of Hearts.

I - Has tumblr caused you to stop liking any fandoms, if so, which and why

Well, Tumblr hasn't gone so far as to outright kill any fandoms I'm still a part of nowadays. Not yet, and I hope it never gets to that point. Now, having said that, has my interest in some fandoms dwindled a bit because of it? Absolutely.

It's 40% because I'm steadily losing interest in them (looking at you, Hazbin Hotel), but another, bigger reason is because the fans of a lot of fandoms can be both toxic and cruel. Not all of them are like this and there are fans I talk to who are quite pleasant, engaging and enthusiastic, thankfully, but you know what they say about a few bad apples spoiling a good bunch.

E - Have you added anything cracky/hilarious to your fandom, if so, what

Not officially? I mean, I've had the odd crack/funny thought hit me for the fandoms I still (for now) hold dear to my heart, sure, but I haven't gone on and actually done anything with these thoughts.
