First Time having Crawfish Tails- Friday November 8, 2013
My Boss took me out for lunch on Friday and we ended up at a little dive bar in St. Louis. They have lots of seafood options and I felt right at home, like I was [almost] back in Virginia Beach. Well he raved about the Crawfish Tails so I tried a few for the first time. They weren't half bad! He taught me how to break the tail, peel off the legs and also how to "suck the gut" which I'm not sure I can ever say without giggling. I also hate a Po-boy (lobster) for the first time as well, but that doesn't seem as big of a deal, but still. Lots of seafood for a Friday lunch! When we went to leave and my Boss to the leftover tails home, I had no idea they shoved that many into our pail. He probably took home another 40 or so Crawfish for leftovers. That's a lot of tails.
