Inspired by a dress on @bettymagazine blog I’m planning a Sudley/Roscoe mash up in BURGUNDY VELVET!!!!! Im ok on shortening the skirt of the #sudley, to add the #rosco ruffle, but want to add ruffles on the sleeves. I’ve got it in my mind that you cut the material for the ruffle 1.75 times the width of the sleeve bottom. Am I right Instagram sewing pals? Thanks @megannielsenpatterns @truebias
