I think ubp dislikes other’s perceptions of them because others perceptions are usually wrong.

I can agree with that! But, I think I kind of addressed that in the post. Like usually, UBP characters & people have a reserved quality and are underestimated which shows a lack of recognition of their true value. And therefore, a wrong interpretation of who they are. Thinking of some quick examples...
Mikey Madison in Anora is not expected to fight to keep her relationship with Vanya, due to her station in society as a dancer.
KimK was not expected to become one of the greatest media figures, but did so through her attachment to emblematic figures of American society (heiresses, Marilyn Monroe, black people etc.)
In Legally Blonde, Reese's character is not expected to go to Harvard or be capable, but has impeccable drive & perception which allows her to solve the murder case at the end of the movie.
