so.. i have this problem with these little tiny bumps on my nose I really can't tell if its blackheads or whiteheads.. its confusing but I was wondering if you may have any tips to share & maybe the best nose strips you recommend on using.
Gently cleansing and exfoliating your nose specifically can help with both white and blackheads as both are clogged with dirt, oil and dead skin. Cleanse twice a day.
My nose doesn’t really get any white/black heads as I’ve gotten older but I have used nose strips before! I’ve used the Botanical Choice Nose Pore Strips by Purederm. I got the aloe vera ones cos I thought they would be the most gentle/soothing. They seemed to work pretty well and it removed they whiteheads I had + it removed some tiny hairs that were on my nose which was a lil bonus. I have heard good things about the Biore Nose Pore Strips, but I’ve never used them myself. After using a pore strip you should splash your nose with some cold water to close the pores up, otherwise that shit will burn when you’re applying moisturiser. I also wouldn’t use any chemical toners/exfoliants straight after as it could irritate the skin. :)
