Hello. After what's been compiled within the last few weeks concerning the League's case, I find it in our best interest to make an attempt to announce All for One's return before a more drastic incident will take place. I would rather us have control over the narrative rather than being in the mercy of what the media would inevitably spin up.
However, going about this will obviously be difficult. Any... thoughts on this or suggestions on how to proceed would be helpful...

Personally, I’d say that we can make up for that lack of transparency now... treat it as bluntly as possibly while also undermining it to hopefully contain any... panic.

It isn't always in the way some people think it should be but I'm always sure that if they worked here they'd understand better...

We don’t have to admit that nothing has been done with the information, either.... say we’ve been aware and working behind the scenes, but not released the information due to how sensitive the case is.
But it is only one of many options, yes. There is of course that route we could go as well.
