The greys and the blues were astonishingly beautiful, cathartic even; watching the bright flashes of lightning and thunderous roars of the heavens. Admiring it was no torture to our young lady Shiri, the princess of the household.
“They’re so beautiful.” Mused Shiri as she rested her head on the palms of her hands, gazing at the world beyond the glass windows with awe.
“You say that as if your own voice isn’t as melodious as the nature’s phenomena, but trust me; Even though your voice is soft, it speaks volumes. Because your singing voice is simply wondrous. So soft yet so deep, and those little hiccups of yours that go all squeaky are absolutely adorable.” Jumin countered with a soft smile, watching his love’s pure and innocent heart.
“Awww, thanks HoneyBear! That’s so sweet of you ! I think your deep and low voice is especially magical tonight.. I love it when you sing to me, your voice is so smooth and gentle, so emotional that it could make my heart cry. It encompasses everything a singer could wish for. You’re full of emotions, I’m so thankful that since we’ve met you don’t repress your emotions like you used to. Seeing you happy and safe means the world to me-“ By the end of Shiri’s sentence, Juju affectionately caressed Shiri’s soft brown curls, ending by cupping her cheek with his big warm hand.
“I also really love it when you spoil me like this.” Shiri whispered, nuzzling into his hand.
Jujubear responded by softly rubbing his thumb over her cheek “My love, is there a song or a movie you’d like for us to watch or listen to together?”
“Well, light of my heart.. There is this one song I want to dedicate to you.. I believe that even years from now I’ll remember you as my greatest love and I know our connection will last an eternity.”
“My confession is that you’re my eternal flame,
Sunshine through the rain,
A whole life so lonely,
Then you come and ease the pain.”
“You’re home to me. You’re so passionate and romantic, just and gentlemanly. Yes, you may be as aloof as a cat, but beneath that stoic facade is a kind and wonderful man just longing to be loved, accepted and understood for who he is. And I love you, for everything that you are.” Shiri finished her heartfelt confession, leaning on her lover for warmth and comfort.
“And I will stay by your side through every path of the road, be it smooth or rocky, steep or level. Be it fire or ice, a tsunami or a drought, a flood or a desert. Because through every bit of it, I get to be with you. I promise to be your cherished husband who will spoil you to no end, with love, affection, time, dates, praises, gifts, understanding, everything you could ever ask for.”
“No matter how you change, I don’t mind. As long as deep down you still love me.” and so, locking his silver gaze upon her warm earthy one, he kissed Shiri’s hand, promising her everything that he is.
“And I do, Juju. I do love you.”
After a few minutes of warmhearted, cozy cuddling Jumin broke the comfortable quiet. “Should we watch something?”
“Ooh, good idea! There was something I wanted to watch on Catflix! It’s called ‘A Whisker Away’!”
“Well, that Sounds feline-tastic my dear love”
“Hehe!” Shiri giggled “I like your pun!”
“Heh. I always love making you smile”

Midway through the movie, as the boy cuddled and nuzzled Taro the kitty Shiri asked “Say, Juju, if I were a cat would you adopt me?”
“Definitely, there’s no doubt about it. You’re magical and sweet, so filled with love and laughter. Whether as a cat or as a human I’d love for you to be my one and only love.”
“But there’s no doubt I love you better as human, because I get to understand your world better.”
“So I’ll never give you up my sweet Shiri” Juju finished, hugging Shiri tight to him, just emphasizing his words. Devoting his attention solely to his lover
“!!!! Jujuu…” Shiri’s heart got teary eyed at Juju’s declaration of love and hugged him back, squeezing him tightly to her.
“I hope the storm will never end, ohhh. As the night goes oooooo, and the days go aaaaaaaa.
And So Rain, rain, rain rain yo’ love on me!”
“I will. I will forever stay devoted to your kind, soft and gentle heart.” He kissed Shiri’s forehead, cheeks, nose and lips, heart full of affection.
