I have a theory about Theo and how he faces justice for all his crimes.

So, I don't think that Theo is the one who dies.

One, because it would undermine the entire story, and then some innocent person would end up in jail for murder.

Two, because after everything Corrie has done with this story, to not to show Theo ending up rotting in prison for what he has done to Billy and Todd would be an insult to those who actually deal with domestic violence. The show needs to show him facing real life conquences for his crimes.

Three, I still think it's Megan, since there is even less evidence to convict her, and they can get more stories out of her being the one dead.

So Summer wants Theo to rot in prison for what he has done to Todd and Billy. She told Carl that she would pay him if he got her proof that would hold up in court. What if Carl sets out to get proof so he can get Summer's payout?

Theo turns around and kills Carl, and it's for Carl's murder that Theo goes to prison. And for what he did to Todd as well.

Or when Todd arranges to get out of town for a bit to heal from what Theo has done to him. That Theo grabs him and holds him hostage somewhere, not the flat, since that is the first place they would look.

Planning to either take Todd off to Ireland for a new life. Or to take care of Todd and make sure there is no one body to tie him to Todd's disappearance act. Though that would be stupid because he would have a mob of people coming after him in full force.

But Todd is saved, and the police can at least get Theo for kidnapping and imprisonment.
