Our October First Thursday at Gather by D'Amico in the Walker Art Center featured one of the Twin Cities most acclaimed and lauded brewers: Summit Brewery. As Gather's featured brewer for October, Summit stopped by for a Q & A and let us and our guests sample some of their favorites including: Summit EPA, Summit Saga and Summit Oktoberfest.

If you haven't tried Summit beer, or just need to have more of it, you can stop by Gather by D'Amico every Thursday night this month from 5 - 9 pm and try their Summit EPA, Summit Saga, or Summit Pilsner featured on Gather's menu. And if you want to try all of them, give the Summit Brewing Company flight a go, which features 4 oz pours of each. Pair it with Gather's local handmade sausage plate, selected by our head Chef Josh Brown, and you've got flavorful autumn evening in store.

Metro IBA Annual Meeting

Last night March 12th, Metro IBA hosted their premier Gala at Intelligent Nutrients in Northeast Minneapolis from 6:00-9:00 PM. The night kicked off with an hour of hors d'oeuvres, cocktails and refreshments provided by Birchwood Cafe, Summit Brewery and Peace Coffee. An array of roasted vegetables, chicken kabobs, trout, lamb and more were offered to satisfy all your taste buds!

The next two hours proceeded with the founder of Aveda and Intelligent Nutrients, Horst Rechelbacher, sharing his insight on living a healthy, natural lifestyle through the foods we eat and the daily choices we make. According to the latest presidential cancer report, synthetically made insecticides, herbicide, fungicides and pesticides are linked to all cancers - therefore you should think certified organic!

  The event had a great turnout, about 150 people were in attendance throughout the entire evening and many were able to mingle with local business owners in the Metro area. Many of the businesses in attendance were in the insurance, journalism, and construction. It was a great event to share with others who Clique is, what we offer and how we can help those around us! We received great responses and much encouragement.

  Once the snow melts here, there will be plenty more events to attend as parks and outdoor event centers open up. We look forward to seeing you around the Twin Cities all summer long!
