I would change Cheong san’s fate in general but if I couldn’t, the one thing I would is not give Gwi nam the satisfaction of gouging his eye out.

What dramas have taught me is that the love hee do and yi jin share is the forever kind of love (and I know right now they’re just doing a 360 degree turn on that). I don’t think I can digest these two just drifted apart because what they have is different. It didn’t start at love, it was more... Death to me seems like an easier pill to swallow than this (I said it and I hate that I did). I did not sign up for this and I know we love realistic dramas but not so realistic. I guess I just have to prepare my heart to be ripped into tinier pieces.
Goodbye Twenty Five Twenty One...
A beautiful and bittersweet journey is what you were.
Regarding Hee do and Yi jin’s relationship:
To me, they ended up being a wonderful portrayal of Twenty Five, Twenty One by Jaurim. However, just as this is a possibility, I would like to believe in other realities and possibilities... where there are people with relationships like theirs living wholesome lives together, beyond their youth (and no matter what is thrown at them).
Oh and I am so so so happy for Ji woong and Yu rim. And Seungwan in a way lol.
Thank you to every single one of you involved this drama. Definitely will be taking soooo many favs from here and looking forward to their nexts. The casting is just chef’s kiss.
P.S im aware there is so much more to this drama than just Hee do and Yi jin’s present relationship but I think putting everything aside, personally the final two eps really was about that for me, about what would happen to them.
When adult hee do said, “that’s not always a bad thing” that nothing lasts forever I think she was referring to the grief of losing someone...
i’m 80% convinced yi jin is dead
OR I’m just extremely stressed about the next 8 eps...
I rewatched that part in ep 4 where Hee do’s mom supposedly met him last month. Hee do’s expression changed and then her mom said something about how time has passed... Im stressing guessing she visited him at his columbarium/ grave? I’m gonna be so pissed if this ends like san and deok im fghjklhjgf. For hee do to lose yi jin is just so heartbreaking cuz after her father there was yi jin. It’s nice to see her doing well in the present but my heart really wants it to be with yi jin. I already feel like crying (why am I like this) thinking about the slim chances (plus there was the mention of min chae’s dad). But I’m too invested to pull out now LOL.
That episode was the most heartbreaking but THAT ending was a literal punch in the gut that I saw coming...
There IS romantic love in those eyes
Also Hee do’s reason for why this trip is way more fun than the other school trips TT
