I try to act calm and normal when people send me asks, but honestly you have no idea how much joy this gives me. I'm excited to see your tag flailing lol. I have a notebook page full of little thumbnails for each "page" of that gifset. Bringing those scribbles to life was a lot of fun.

I love hexagons in gifsets and knew I wanted to use a group of hexagons in a S-curve for the TOWL "page". I've used the shape before in a doctor who gifset as shown below. Yet, I wanted to approach them differently, so I went to that tutorial for guidance on how to displace strokes, add colored shadows, and include transparent hexagons. Once finished, I added a color balance to the bottom combs to incorporate a hint of green and give the gif a little contrast.
