well....only if it is offered as an option. and thats not up to ticketmaster. its per "event organizer" whatever that means. also it said that it could take them from 30 days from notified of rescheduling up to 2 weeks before the new scheduled date of event that they could offer it. so ppl could possible not even be allowed to get a refund, if it is offered at all, until like a month before hand lol

okay so i checked it and its only valid if the event organizer (which i guess would be harry's label? or maybe the venue) allows refunds for that specific rescheduled event. it says it should be stated on the event page, like a refund button/instructions if it is offered.
