- too watery: need lots and lots of coats - not black enough
1/5 I really hate this eye liner. I bought this eye liner because there was a sale and the original super liner was out of stock and that's why I picked up this one. But I really hate the watery formula. It's just so watery that you can't get the black colour. Really need to apply over and over again. But still with a bad result. As you can see in the swatches the luminizer isn't as black as it is.
