Once upon a time only a handful of people had powers. Those that did were once feared by the people until a band of the best heroes created what they liked to call the Renegades. A special task force full of super-powered beings who helped protect the city from the Anarchists. The Anarchists, a group of the worst villains around, wished to enact their revenge on the people of Gatlon City and live freely with the power they had. They wished never to play by the Renegades rules and often terrorized the city which left the Renegades and Anarchists to fight quite frequently. After two major wars fought between the Renegades and the Anarchists, however, an explosion has caused everyone left in Gatlon City to develop powers. No one is left powerless any longer. As the city learns to regroup after such a horrendous year of fighting, people are left wondering what they should become. Are they a hero? Are they a villain? Are they left wondering what comes next now that they suddenly have powers? The city is recovering slowly but surely yet everyone knows that good never comes without a little bit of evil waiting around the corner. Will the city become the spectacular dystopia it once was or is history doomed to repeat itself?
