Deadpool coded Jackie, light violence, fluff.
The chill of the winter air made you shiver as you pulled your thin hoodie tighter around you. You had gotten lost on your way back to your car and had forgotten how goddamn early the sun set this time of year. Turning to the left, hoping your feet would remember which way to go, you walked a couple feet before you realized it was a dead end. Panic settled in along with a bone chattering chill that had you bouncing a bit as you turned around. As you turned and started going back the way you came, you noticed three men directly in your path, because like Bella in twilight, this would be your fate.
"Heya pretty, where you going in such a hurry?" One of them called out, a creepy ass drunk smile painted across his face.
"Yeah there's no need to rush! Come hang with us! We'll show you the best parts of the city!" Another added, gesturing around him. The third man stood there dead quiet, sizing you up like a prey before the kill.
"I don't think my boyfriend would like that." You laughed nervously as they crept closer. 'Yeah good fucking thinking. That'll help speed up your death.' You thought angrily as soon as the words left your mouth.
"Well your boyfriend ain't here sweetheart. So I guess you'll be coming with us." The first man spoke again, his joyful tone gone.
They kept moving in closer and you closed your eyes, waiting for the worst, until you heard one of them hit the ground. You reopened your eyes in time to see a flash of red land behind them. The hero made eye contact with you, his crystal blue eyes filled with concern as he stood above the man on the ground.
"Hey there's no need for violence man, we were just gonna show this girly here a nice time." The man in the front turned away from you and raised his hands in defense.
"I dunno, I believe I heard her say something about a boyfriend and judging by how much of a loser you look like, I'm gonna assume it isn't you buddy." Jackie walked closer to him, cracking his knuckles with every step, a wide almost creepy smile across his face. "Now, normally you're right, there's no need for violence but you see, that girl is a very special friend of mine. So unfortunately for you, I'm gonna have to crack some skulls. Okie doki?" Jackie cracked his neck once before turning and slamming his fist into the man's face.
Jackie laid waste to the three men, not taking any time to hear their apologies before hauling them off to what you assumed was the police station. Once he returned he landed on the ground in front of you with a soft thud.
"Are you okay?" He paused to check for wounds, you nodded that you were fine. Once he was content in his check, he wrapped his arms around you and pulled you into a tight hug.
"I had no doubt in my mind that the great Jackie Boy Man would save me! I always know if I'm in danger that you're always there." You chuckled into his chest, wrapping your arms around his waist. "Besides, the danger is kinda exciting and I wanted to see you in action, it's hot."
"You can watch it on YouTube from the safety of the house." He ignored your comment as his face burned as red as his suit. He refused to make eye contact but stepped back a little to lecture you. "What if I didn't come and it was Silver Shepard? What if I didn't come at all?"
"Silver isn't half the hero you are Jackie." You chuckled.
"You're not taking me seriously and I doubt you will, come on pumpkin let's get you home." He pinched the bridge of his nose in annoyance.
"But Jaccckkkkieeee. I want the number one hero to show me all the cool city lights and how cool and strong he is. We could reenact that one scene from Spiderman. Let me be your Mary Jane!" You pleaded and he sighed deeply before holding out his hand.
"Fine, but we have to be quick about it. I don't want anyone to see you." He huffed as you took his hand with a cheer.
"Why? You don't want all the lady superheroes to know you have a girlfriend." You teased him as he helped you get on his back with a deep blush.
"No. I'm still afraid of heights and I don’t want any villains to see you, you're too important to me." He said grimly before adding a "Hold on princess."
"Thank you Jackie. You're my hero." He took off as you held on a little tighter and placed a kiss on his cheek.
