33. The death penalty?

I'm mostly against it tbh but there are situations where it probably is needed such as a crazy serial killer that can't be tamed and even starts killing inmates then yo we should take care of that but still there are times that it seems overused and that above scenario rarely happens so I think we should get rid of it.
