Supply Chain Coordinator

Adecco is currently hiring for a Supply Chain Coordinator. You will being hired on a contract basis, pay rate will be based on experience and qualifications, and will be based in Toronto, ON.

Supply Chain Coordinator Responsibilities: Reporting to the Team Leader, Product Fulfillment, and Reverse Logistics, this Supply Chain Coordinator position is an essential part of the department. The incumbent will be the liaison between customers, company, Warehouse, Shipping, Planning Associates, and the Executive Care Teams in Canada. • Handle escalations • Fulfill customer orders (manually) and correct any errors with automated orders • Validate confidential credit information • Process billing • Identify fraudulent activities • Provide support to order the process of product • Manage new process implementation and projects • Provide necessary training to all parties • Complete Warehouse deletions • Run reports as required from SAP P77 • Investigate and process manual credits when applicable

Supply Chain Coordinator Requirements: • Bilingual in French and English is consider an asset • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, business administration, business systems, or similar related fields • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics and/or Telecom/Technology products industry • Must have a working knowledge of SAP • Advance knowledge with SQL, SAS, Microsoft Excel, Access • Knowledge of Microstrategy, Tableau (data visualization tools) are desirable • Proven ability in quantitative analysis, data manipulation and data visualization techniques and tools • Working knowledge of Intranet would be an asset • Ability to prioritize and be agile in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, able to foster effective working teams - Team player • Ability to work within an environment of rapid change and high stress: strong organizational and self-discipline skills
