I'm so tired of people judging each other for the materialistic shit they have. Just because someone doesn't have the quality or quantity you have, does not mean you have the right to treat them as if they are lower than you are. Sure, maybe that new coach bag got you feeling some type of way but do you really gotta smack it everyone's faces cause they ain't got one and may never get one? There's a difference between confidence and cocky. There's a difference between looking like you worked 6 months to finally get that bag you wanted and having yo daddy buy it for you just yesterday. There's a difference between breaking a sweat and breaking a nail. Now I may be exaggerating a little bit but there are a handful of people like this that get on my nerves. Show me what you worked hard for, not what you begged for.
I think it's cool my manager is teaching every employee how to manage things but honestly I think his expectations are a little too high. Maybe once in a while he would actually manage his whole store himself. I think he's cheating and having us run his store without him here and him getting paid big for it. True, that's kind of what managers do and us the employees are supposed to work to his standards. Idk something about him is sketch.
