OK so my favourite band released a new album yesterday. It's been 5 years since their first album and everyone has been waiting so long for this.

There is nothing like listening to a new album for the first time. Hearing what the artist has put so much time into making. Such a treat for the ears and a Saturday morning well spent so far!

If anyone is bored then go check out Kaleo. They're an amazing Icelandic band with a soft rock/rock/bluesy feel. One of the songs off their first album has been used in so many TV series, films and movie trailers that you may have heard it before and not known who made it. They often make music videos on front of epic landscapes - on a glacier, on a lighthouse on a rock in the middle of the ocean, and my personal favourite in an old magma chamber inside a inactive volcano (I studied geology I was always going to love that video!).

it’s absurd how quickly the serotonin hit when I opened spotify at midnight to find this album waiting for me
