Just before Team P’s new event Sinju seems to be almost unnaturally down. Maica has noticed this and decides to search for the reason to Sinju’s slump. An unlikely ally extends his hand to help in Maica’s research.
Maica & Sin, backstage hallway
Sin: ...Hm.
Maica: Sin, do you have a shift today?
Sin: Yes.
Sin: I've heard Sinju's condition is bad.
Maica: Eh? Has that made it all the way to you, too?
Maica: Looks like things aren't going great between him and Nekome. I think that might be the reason.
Sin: ...I see.
Maica: By the way, Sin.
Maica: Have you heard of Black Card?
Sin: ...What about it?

Sinju: Oh, Mizuki?
Mizuki: Ah? What, Sinju is it.
Sinju: Eh, why did you turn around after seeing my face?
Sinju: Hey, wait, where are you going?
Mizuki: I'm not telling you― Don't follow me.
Sinju: You don't have a shift, do you?
Mizuki: Like I know. There's no way I'll remember every damn shift.
Sinju: That's no good! You have to have a good grasp of your schedule.
Sinju: You failed at that in the old Starless too, didn't you. Even when you had a show you wouldn't show up.
Sinju: When B starts having shows again, it's going to be a problem. You'll end up not being able to stand on the stage again like that.
Mizuki: Shut up. Don't talk about B.
Mizuki: You're so depressing it's fucking annoying.

Ran: But it'll land you a ton of money, I've heard!
Maica: This....? So in the end it is not a respectable thing at all.

Ran: You're the one who came in looking for a fight.
Ran: Coming to pick a fight with me with only three men is pretty reckless. Ah, only two left?
Scary Man 1: Don't get cocky, you little shit!
Ran: You've got guts, doncha! Yossha―, come at me, come at me!
[Ran beats the men up]
Maica: Hey, why are you fighting with them....
Scary Man 2: Shit, this guy.....! If things go like this....!
[One of them grabs Maica]
Maica: Uoh! Hey, let go!
Scary Man 2: Hey, stop right there! If you don't want your girl getting――
Maica: ――Wha!?
[Maica offs the dude]
Scary Man 2: gurgle
Maica: Say that one more time, who's a girl?
Scary Man 2: gurgle gurgle
Ran: He's not up for talking anymore, made some pretty nasty sounds right there. He's lost his front teeth, too, hardcore~
Ran: Well, you reap what you sow. I'm done with this side too, so let's go back~
Maica: ....Hey. Are these people someones you're involved with?
Ran: Nope? Don't know these faces. Probably some strangers who overheard something about the Black Card.
Maica: So.... This is all because we made a move?
Ran: Could be so, or could not be so.
Maica: What's that supposed to mean.... What the hell. Why should we get attacked just because we're looking into this?
Maica: I don't want small-time thugs like these after me from now on.
