"guess i'm a little too late, huh? thought i might just make it." seeing the doors to the library being locked definitely put a lull in his plan, not that it was exactly clear to begin with. "i'll come back tomorrow, sorry to bother you." haymitch looks the girl over once or twice, somewhat surprised someone in this occupation would dress like that. he liked it. at least she had some guts.
