I... don’t even know how many WIPs I have right now so I guess I’ll just pick the seventh WIP in my list of google docs:

“Maa, he definitely knows something about Aizen-kun.” He turns and peers in the direction Aizen had gone. “He wasn’t afraid though.”

“No,” Shinji agrees. “I misjudged. If I hadn’t stopped him, I’m sure my Division would be down a lieutenant and up a dead body right about now.”

Kyouraku hums noncommittally as he drops lightly back down to the ground. “We’ll have to keep an eye on both of them then. You really don’t want Ichigo-kun?”

Shinji tosses him a dry look. “Rejoice. It means you get him instead.”

So I’ve been reading the 5+ headcanons involving Koyonagi and recently reread your latest bleach fic with Aizen, which made me realize they have some interesting similarities. How well do you think they’d get along if they knew each other? Would they get along better with Ichigo thrown in the mix?

I know I have bits and pieces of SP lore scattered everywhere lmao so idk how much ppl even remember, but if we go with everything I've tossed out so far, then Miyako is Koyonagi's sister, and she was killed by Metastacia (one of Aizen's experimental Hollows), so they would absolutely not get along lmao. Of course, if we go straight from SP timeline where that wouldn't have happened yet, and won't happen if Ichigo has anything to say about it, which he always does, and combine that with the post-Quincy War Aizen I wrote, then... I feel like they'd annoy the shit out of each other but also secretly find the banter amusing. And unlike Kisuke, Koyonagi wouldn't have any Aizen-related baggage since Aizen never went after him, and he also doesn't really care about any of the Shinigami, Miyako aside, so it's not like Aizen killing some of them would concern him. It doesn't really concern Kisuke either, from an ethical standpoint, but Aizen did screw him (and his colleagues/friends) over, and I feel like even if he doesn't hold zealous amounts of loyalty towards the government and Shinigami, Kisuke was still groomed for it by the Shihouins a whole lot more than Koyonagi was, so his knee-jerk reaction towards Aizen would lean towards antagonistic even without the exile. Ofc, a hundred years down the road and with Ichigo thrown into the mix, he's a lot more cavalier about treason, so I guess they would all get along if you don't count the number of ways they're low-key fighting over Ichigo lmao.

Hi! So I’m writing a time travel bleach fic on AO3 and said that it was inspired by Swinging Pendulum as well as linking that to it with the inspired by thing. Is that okay? It’s called Turn Back the Clock
